Hi all,
I have had all this stuff come up in just a couple of weeks. I know people are out to get me. I'm afraid. I see things that are there, but i'm pretty sure shouldn't be there. my thoughts go away, i think people suck them away.
This all started a couple to weeks ago....everything is sliding fast. what should i do? Is there something wrong with me?
I feel alone. |

Hi. If the thoughts you are having are persistently upsetting your every day life, then I would say to go see a psychiatrist for an e-val. But if you think that its temporary because of drinking or drugs or trauma or stress, then I would just start taking better care of yourself and see if things turn around.

Hi
It is frightening when things go haywire out of the blue and grab you but you mentioned in your other post you have an appointment to see the pdoc.....
The best peice of advice I got when I had symptoms was to trust the doctor and be honest and that way it can be treated promptly so you feel better as quickly as possible.
You are not alone...we are all here to support you and reassure you...but we are'nt doctors...so you do need to keep that appointment and keep posting because we do care...
It might be a simple matter of talking or tablets but the doctor will know and he will be there to support you during this unsettling time too.
Wishing you a speedy resolution to the symptoms you are experiencing.
Sue

Hi Wakemeup,
I echo all that Sheri and Sue have posted.
Remember you are not alone, as scary as it may seem for you at this time, there's a wealth of experience from members here to draw on. Not to mention a considerable amount of literature, videos and lectures at your disposal with these caring communities of ours.
It's not named "MY Therapy" without good reason, David
PS., And hopefully with the right medical input you will progress.
If you work these communities ... there's a good chance these communities will work for you! |

Hi everyone,
I went to my doctor today and he adjusted my meds. My abilify went up, which should help. Thanks everyone for being so wonderful, I really needed it :)
