i'm going to try doing suduko, to keep my brain active. some of the medications we r on make us lose our short term memory which makes finding keys etc very difficult. what do u do ?

I journal to keep my brain activity and memory alive. Also, I'm starting a college course tonight, it should task my brain and hopefully keep me on my game.

do u ever get afraid ur journal will get read by someone in ur household? the college course is ongoing? for how many weeks, please share with us what u'll learn it sounds very interesting.
Work out some math problems and try to figure out the hard problems.Write the information down take some notes and place them where you can see them.Work on a crossword puzzles, or a word puzzle of any kind, give yourself a spelling test.
