Adelphi, MD - Even as a US District Court prepares 6,000 Seroquel lawsuits for trial, Eli Lilly pays $1.42 billion for illegal Zyrexa marketing and 30 states sue over heisted Medicaid funds for atypical antipsychotics, an FDA advisory panel has recommended approval of Seroquel, Zyrexa and Geodon for children.
I know how you feel. I'm on Seroquel and while it works ok I'm worried that it might make me blind down the road. I'm already a candidate for adult-onset diabetes thanks to medds and a rich family history, say nothing about the heart problems. The thing that spooked me was the bit in there about how Seroquel use adds an extra heartbeat on. I know it's based on a study done on kids but what about adults? I know I get a racing heart sometimes from Seroquel and figured that it's just a side effect but I'll be talking with my shrink about this article maybe I need to be monitored more closely while I'm on this.
