This drug helps me alot with my psychosis however there is one side effects that no one seems to mention and that is the fact that the drug makes my muscles weak to the point where I can no longer exercise. I used to be able to run 8 miles and now I can't even run 2 laps around a track field. Help please does this side effect go away after a while or what? Should I change my medicine, is there a better anti-psychotic out there except don't mention abilify cause I already tried that.

I have the same problem on Risperdal. I take 3mg a day, but I am switching to Prolixin. I like Prolixin better...

I grew male breasts...It would've been good to know about these effects sooner than later.

Surgery is the only option here and my lawsuit is coming along nicely as well....

Anyone else suffering from gynecomastia?

i grew breasts to. and i also have very very stiff muscles .

the sore muscles could be early symptoms of tardive dyskensia.

theres also a high incidence of type 2 diabeates, kidney stones and weight gain hypercholesterol.

i try to live day to day . i was going to kill myself before i went for help this drug made all the difference .
