What can I take to ease my symptoms? I hear voices and get weird thoughts. I take fish oil already. I've heard Vit C and Niacin can be good, what have you heard?
I take fish oils and a multivitamin most days, though I don't think its quite as important as the respiridone (neuroleptic) or seroxat (SSRI anti depressant)

I don't take any supplements beside vitamin D, but that is because I have MS as well as schizophrenia. I haven't heard any supplements good for taking with this illness.
