I find it so hard to exercise at a level to improve my mental health. The only exercise I enjoy are walking and I'm only now starting to get a pair of rain pants that I can wear to walk in the rain. Anyone else find they can exercise to improve their mental health?

I know that by exercising that I feel better about myself in general. Walking is great exercise. I walk for 20 minutes a day on a treadmill.

Hi Chelle, It's great that you are able to exercise for 20 minutes a day on a treadmill, do you find that it helps with your mental health?
