I think I am having trouble with sz negative symptoms
Lethargy/apathy/ get up and go has got up and gone
a bit of social withdrawl.
I guess that's why it took me 5 years to get my HNC

An HNC is a higher national certificate. It's a college qualification that's not quite as good as a degree or a diploma, but is still worth more than school qualifications. It's worth very little with regards to employment, I did it more for my own satisfation,
I am feeling a bit of loss of volition now. I feel I should be doing more with my life. I was going to apply for voluntary work but I feel a lack of vitality, a loss of volition. Schizophrenia shares that negative symptom with ME.

Thankyou for asking fleurette, I am still getting the negative symptoms to quite a degree, I don't get social withdrawl quite as bad as my dad did. I think I might developing diabetes I had the blood test just a couple of days ago, it will be a week or two till I have the results.

I hope your results come back negative for diabetis. I have a lack of motivation too but my family keeps me going at least out for grocery shopping. You have Jackie and I hope the two of you can help each other through the good and bad times.

I am still having trouble with the negative symptoms.
Yes, Fleurette I can usually get up and do the grocery shopping a few times a week. But I feel a general lack of motivation to get up and do things.
I was only at college for two and a half of the 5 years for the HNC. I had a breakdown in between(the 2004 one)
Another negative symptom I have is poor document management skills. Things like bank statements/ bills I have trouble getting into some kind of order and I need the Richmond fellowship to help me with this. Its very common among depressives.
