I'm at a stage in my recovery where there are no more positive symptoms left and also very little negative symtpoms left. What I do have is anxiety. I don't know where this stems from but in the evenings (it never happens during the daytime) I sometimes get anxious. And there is no apparant reason or logic to my anxieties. Sometimes they could be about an earthquake that hasn't happened to anticipating a friend calling or for no reason at all. I would appreciate how other's have dealt with their anxieties besides for taking anti-anxiety pills. I don't want to rely on these medications to feel better. Thanks in advance.
There are other ways I have found helpful for dealing with anxiety and tension.
1 Take a hot bath 2 Sauna/Steam room and cool jacuzzi at local municiple sports centre 3 Meditation 4 Listening to calming music e.g. Enya, Mike Oldfield Classical 5 Cuddles with Jackie 6 Massage with Jackie 7 Sex with Jackie 8 Dr Hillary Jones Calming CDs 9 Reading 10 Listening to radio 11 Drink Chilled squash 12 Sometimes drink coffee (maybe) 13 Lying down in bed 14 Self Hypnosis tapes

Thanks for your suggestions, Jonathan. What kind of CD's are Hillary Jones? And what about the self-hypnosis tapes, I don't really dare to try self-hypnosis.
