I'm slipping back into bad old habits of having burgers and chinese too often.
I've got to start using the receipes that the dietician gave me, and also using staples like boiled eggs on toast, spaghetti on toast and beans on toast. (as well as cheese on toast. I ought to worry about how much this all costing me money wise, there was a program this week by Jamie Oliver on C4 about how to cook on a limited budget, but I missed it. I've been suffering from paranoia from the TV in recent months.
