Although eating in rtends to be healthier than eating out I have been told by my dietician that somethings are healthier eating out wise than others. I have been told that a sandwich is a healthy option, that Subway and Greggs sandwiches are quite healthy and are much better for you than the likes of KFC or burgers or the chip shop. Chicken chow mein is the healthiest thing you can have from the chinese, while it isn't brilliant its not too bad. Baked potato with a filling is good as is scrambled eggs on toast.
