I have lost 14Kg since I first started seeing the dietician, but over the past couple of weeks I have been getting into the old bad habits of takeaways. Admittedly sometimes I am good. (I had boiled eggs and toast for dinner last night and spaghetti and toast for lunch today,) but I am slipping baCK INTO SOME OF THE OLD BAD HABITS.
I am going to go to the supermarket tommorrow afternoon with a shopping list. I am going to have to find out when my last appointment with the dietician is. Jackie wants to go to KFC when the court case is over and I want to make sure it it just the once for a long while. I am goin to go out to dinner for my Birthday with Jimmy too on Tuesday evening, but I have got to tryan keep these things to be a small part of my dietary intake and try and get down the supermarket nearly every day or 5 days a week, anyway.
