I feel miserable Every moment seems an aching sadness. I've fallen out with Jackie again, and I feel like I'm a nobody. My book on depression saying dysthymia is often a natural reaction to loss of social rank. I feel I am an untouchable, the only paid work I've ever really done is clean toilets, it my clubhouse TEP that I had in 2000. I try and reassure myself that I have contributed to the world through my work with CND and my donations to Oxfam, but it only makes a small amount of difference to my mood.

I have made up again with Jackie. I'm feeling a bit better (though still a bit down)

It is the evening of the next day and I'm still feeling very low.
