Some night in the past month I haven't been sleeping. Tonight its 5.22am and I haven't slept a wink. I've got quite a serious problem with caffeine, I've been seeing my GP about it, its causing me problems with my physical health too

Ah sleep hygiene I remember this from when I first got ill All the relaxing drinks baths etc The most helpful I found was if ur into bed trying to sleep for longer than an hr, get up n do something wash ur face sip a tea read a paragraph etc Don't also do anything in ur bed apart from sleep If there is a tv, monitor in ur room cover it with a clock Also blackout blinds help Sweet dreams Love jet Xxx |
