last year EA last year, EA changed the way OTW cards work , by adding a "Wins to Watch' feature. This year is a (weird) World Cup year, FIFA 23's Ones to Watch cards could also be upgraded to the possibility of a 'Nations to Watch' upgrade.
The gamers in Serie A are the highest valued players within the league, and fans should keep an eye on the players from Serie A when selecting teams.
Serie A is the highest tier of football in Italy. It has a total of 20 teams, each with different goals, which they attempt to accomplish before the end of the season. Recently the level of competition in the league has declined however, that hasn't stopped talented players from joining the teams.
