... learning and trying to remember something is just to difficult for me.
... I've been working for 15 years now and I'm out of the studying scene - now my job requires practical learning and doing it.
... this is something I need to look into because my brain has become very lazy
... I've realised that I have short term memory loss because I forget things that happened yesterday or in the past week or month - nothing sticks in my head...
...it's not something I am going to be perturbed about as I will just handle any situation where it requires me to draw on my memory and just be confident and apologise for my memory not being so good.
You can always take notes...lots and lots of notes...that way you will have the information to call on whenever you need it and no doubt the more often you go through it the easier it will be to remember it.
Hey! Do you guys listen to the john tesh radio show? He just said the other night that the way to increase your memory is to close your eyes and raise a right foot, and hold it. then the left. It has a lot to do with balance. And dark chocolate is good.
so I guess all those gymnastics can remember their infancy???
Thanks, Hoppy. John Tesh's advice seems odd, but hey it sounds like it's worth a shot. At this point I shouldn't have a problem with doing something weird.
