I have got this great new recipe from my dietician for pizza bread.
4 slices of bread/ or 2 rolls halved. A tin of chopped tomatoes Mushrooms Low fat grated Cheese Herbs and pepper to taste.
Toast the bread or the rolls both sides. Spread half a tin of the chopped tomatoes on them. Season with the herbs and pepper and add the cheese. Put the mushrroms on add more cheese and stick under the grill until toasted.
