| But ifi call 911 wouldn't they come to my house? I don't want that. And I've been depressed and suicidal since I was like 12 im 14 now. It doesn't seem that long 2 years....but it seems like a lifetime for me. |

Me again,
I used to hide all of my problems from my parents, I thought they wouldn't care, I think I was wrong.
Though, my Mom cared, she really didn't handle me taking drugs very well,
It was quite awful. She went hysterical.
I decided to not tell any thing to anyone in the family again.
I have been with "Mental Health Services" since I was 14,
The only time I was terrified to go, was when I was a single mom, I was terrified of being locked up.
Each visit for talk therapy was hellish.
Now, I have fears, still, of being locked up, as I have an elderly mother to tend to.
I only hope, that you stay with us, get to know us, and in time, you will
Trust, and love us the way we already love you.
PS- David, put up two very good links for help organizations, both world wide and one situated in the UK.
Please, don't hurt yourself.

| Okay. Ill go look em up unforanitly my phone is the only thing that has interent right now. So I don't know if it will work. But it might. But thank you for your support you guys. |

We just want you to seek help, for your safety and happiness.
My God, I remember being 14 like it was yesterday.
Such a lonely, hard age to be.
Body changing, hormones, for me depression started, boys were acting 'wierd' (the best part actually !)
Boys were paying attention ! wow.
It wasn't all bad, Friends were very important, Friends were everything.
In fact, my friends, noticed my depression, and dragged me to a psych ward.

| Okay. After that ill come back on. And yes 14 is so far the hardest part yet. Well. At least you had friends near u. I really don't have any. They all pretty much turned on me. Guys usally don't look my way....the depressed loner cutter....so..ya..)= |

You know, my friends were the so called 'mis fits' of society, but to me, they were my FRIENDS, SOLID, people to die for. (thank God that didn't happen.)

PS- I am old, lol, a dinosaur, 53, and have a son 29, he went through some hard times with depression,
a S attempt, 13 years ago, all sorts of things,
I tell you this, so you will know,
there is life after depression.

| Okay well yes. I checked them out and got a # but there's not 1 in my city)= so idk but im going to call them and see if it helps any. So ya. Thanks guys. Ill be on tomorrow I took some teylonal so im tired. Ill be on tomorrow to update anything. And to tell u if I called the # or if I chickened out again >.< |

| Sorry it took me a while to reply and get on. I got my phone taken away because I landed myself in the local hospital on suicide watch again>.> sorry. But im back for now. |

If your parents know that you were on suicide watch. And in hospital. And you were treated in hospital. I am surprised that someone didn't suggest anti depressants to them.
Is one of your parents understanding. Can you talk to that parent about seeing a doctor?
If the medication is going to have a cost then they are going to have to pay for it. If you are in the states then I am not sure you can get it for free. Perhaps someone can clarify this for you.
What do your parents say when you try to discuss this with them. Do they tell you to smarten up - or get over it - or that it is just growing pains?
What do they tell you?
If your parents truly won't listen to you - then you need to find a phone number to call. Look up the mental health crisis number in your area. Try a youth crisis number in your city.
If you can't find anyone then you need to find the school counsellor and talk to them and tell them you need their help to find a phone number to call for assistance.
But seriously the first thing to do is to try one last time with your parents or parent. Having a team to help you at home is critical both financially and for moral support. It will be really hard to do it without them.

There not understanding at all. If they were I wouldn't be in the predicamint. I found a # but its not in my city. Its in a city 4 hours away it was the closest 1 I could get. Im just not brave enough to call em.
