No, I don't think I have had the symptom of paranoia. I do not perceive secret spies or cameras. However, I do have withdrawal socially which I thought might be due to how I think of other people. But on careful consideration I don't think it is paranoia.

I think paranoia, especially suspicion, is such a horrible trait that I would hate to admit to it. Sometimes when I am talking with people I feel uncomfortable, but I don't see a lot of suspicion per se. So I don't have classic paranoia. However, lately I have recognized that I have "felt victimized." I feel like I have been hurt somewhere, somehow, and I can't get over it. So as a result I hold a grudge and withdraw from people. I now see that I have worried a great deal too, which was distressing. I am trying to get better. I am surrounded by healthy people at work, and this has helped to bring me out of this trait of "feeling victimized." I am trying to forgive my worries and grudges and let them go. I guess I do have some paranoia.
